The JUVENTUD DE HOY TRANSITION HOME (CCJH) is a residential program which serves young people over the age of 18 who are unable to return to their family or enter a residential institution because they are of legal age, and wish prepare to live independently.

 

The process of each young person varies around 12 months, according to the conditions and abilities of each resident, and aims to provide a safe and structured environment that supports the development of skills and abilities for independent life.
